We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Executive to manage and expand our network of small electronic product dealers. In this pivotal B2B role, you will be the primary point of contact for our dealer partners, driving product adoption, negotiating contracts, and ensuring mutual growth and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the consumer electronics market and strong relationship-building skills to thrive in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Dealer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing electronic product dealers and distributors.
Business Development: Identify, approach, and onboard new dealer partners to expand our market presence and penetration in the assigned territory.
Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Product Knowledge & Training: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all product offerings, technical specifications, and new technologies. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for dealer staff as needed.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate prices, contract terms, and delivery schedules to secure profitable deals while ensuring dealer satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies, providing insights to the management team.
Promotional Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities, product launches, and seasonal campaigns within the dealer network.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines using our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
Problem Resolution: Act as the main liaison between dealers and internal teams (e.g., supply chain, technical support) to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
